Every summer, FlavorFest tantalizes your senses with small plates custom-paired with cocktails, wine, beer and mocktails from some of our best local chefs, vintners, brewers and mixologists. Plus, enjoy live music and browse irresistible auction packages. Get ready to indulge your senses at Flavor Fest! Join us on Tuesday, August 5, from 5–8 p.m. at the vibrant Ninkasi Atrium in Eugene for an unforgettable evening of culinary delights, craft beverages, and live music. Savor four farm-to-table small plates from local favorites like Bar Purlieu, Tiger Mama, Yardy, Rye, and South Pine Bakery—each thoughtfully paired with exclusive drinks from Oregon Wine LAB, Ninkasi Brewing, BNF Kombucha, and Honeysuckle Bartending. Dance the evening away to the captivating sounds of Auroralore, whose live performance will set the perfect mood as you mingle and taste. Cap off your culinary adventure with a decadent dessert. Spring Valley Assisted Living Carnival Get ready for an unforgettable afternoon of fun at Spring Valley Assisted Living on Wednesday, August 14th, from 2:00–4:30 PM! This lively indoor/outdoor carnival will be packed with excitement — from classic carnival games and tasty treats to a refreshing drink station sponsored by Signature Hospice/Home Health. Strike a pose at the photo booth, and don’t miss the highlight of the day: a visit from the Eugene/Springfield Fire Department, complete with firefighters and a fire truck for everyone to explore! We’re also hosting a back-to-school supply fundraiser for Guy Lee Elementary, and there will be raffle gift baskets up for grabs — so bring your business cards for a chance to win. It’s the perfect way to celebrate summer and connect with the community. Mark your calendars — you won’t want to miss it!
