Grief is a journey that changes us — a tender reminder of the love we have known. Join us for a 12-week Grief Support Group, a safe and nurturing space to share, listen, and heal in community. Together, we will explore how grief can be both painful and profoundly transformative, guided by open discussion and compassionate connection.

- Facilitated by Karuna Doulas, a Community Death Doula Organization providing guidance and companionship for individuals and families in their end-of-life journeys.
- 12-week program with a commitment to attend each session.
- Focused on shared conversation, emotional support, and tools for navigating loss.
