This 10-week educational series is designed for individuals living with memory loss and their care partners, offering a supportive space to learn, ask questions, and connect with others on a similar journey. Each week features local professionals sharing practical guidance on topics like understanding dementia, communication strategies, caregiving support, safety, legal and financial planning, and community resources.
